This website is operated by DSQA Consultants. This policy explains what personal information we handle and why.

Information we collect

• When you email us (directly or using the contact form, which opens your own email app), we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply and to deliver any service you ask for.
• When you request a free resource, we receive your name and email address. See Free download sign-ups below.
• Website hosting. Our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver and secure the site.

Free download sign-ups

To get one of our free resources, you give us your name and email address and tick a box to agree that we can keep them. We store:

• your name and email address
• which resource you asked for and the page you used
• the date and time of your request, and the wording of the box you ticked

We use these details to give you the download and to keep a record of who has requested our resources. Our legal basis is your consent. They're stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, using its Workers KV storage service.

We don't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails unless you separately agree to that, and we don't sell your details or share them with anyone else. We keep them only as long as we need them for this purpose. You can withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing hello@dsqaconsultants.com.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently set cookies or use advertising trackers. If we add analytics or cookies, we'll update this page first.

Payments

When toolkits go on sale, payments will be taken through a secure payment link hosted by a third-party payment provider. You enter your card details on the provider's page; we don't see or store full card numbers. We'll receive the details needed to deliver your order and keep records, such as your name, email address and what you bought.

How long we keep it

We keep emails and order records only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email hello@dsqaconsultants.com.
